HP All In One C7280

I have a Mac computer with os x Lion.  I just installed an update to Adobe Reader.  The printer seems to be stuck. I can't even get the printer to shut down.

There is not a lot to work with in your post.  How is the printer attached?  USB, Wireless?  Pushing the power buttong has no effect?  Give us some more details please and we'll try to help.

Re: HP All In One C7280

Thank you for your reply.  The printer is wirelessand earlier this morning, about 5 hours ago, I switched off the power button on the printer and now it is still saying, "**bleep**ting down".  I do have one color ink that is empty but I left the cartridge in so as not to confuse the printer.  The cancel button does nothing and the photo menu button, the power button and the 802.11g wireless button are lit up.

Re: HP All In One C7280

It's locked up.  Just unplug the printer from power.  Let it sit for about 30 seconds and than plug it back in.  If it does it again, it may be protesting about the ink issue.
