I'm now using OS 10.6.8, and my old 5150 printer has no multiple printing options for paper type and quality now.
I used to get these options, and i want to print photos, can i get them back?:
Plain paper/FastDraft 600 x 300 dpi
Plain paper/FastNormal 600 x 600 dpi
Plain paper/Normal 600 x 600 dpi
Plain paper 4800 x 1200 optimized dpi 1200 x 1200 dpi
Photo paper/FastDraft 1200 x 1200 dpi
Photo paper/Normal 1200 x 1200 dpi
Photo paper/Best - PhotoREt 1200 x 1200 dpi

Hi,
The Deskjet 5150 is no longer supported by Mac OS X 10.6, as you may find listed below:
Therefore the generic print driver used only provide a very basic functionality.
You may try installing the 3rd party hpijs print drivers which support the specific model and may provide some further options for your printers

Hope it helps,
