I've updated my HP Envy 100 from the printer and it still isn't discoverable wirelessly.
So I tried downloading this:
Installation complete, but HP Envy 100 still isn't discoverable wirelessly. Than I tried downloading this:
I get to "Setup" and it says "Wireless Network Configuration" > checked the box "Configure your device for a wireless network" > Continue > says "Confirm Wireless Settings" (shows Wireless Network Name and Communication Mode: Infrastructure) > bubbled in "Yes, keep these settings" > Continue > says "Configuration Complete" (shows IP address, Address Mode, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, and Host Name) and on the bottom of the box it says "Important: Please disconnect the USB cable connected to your device now." so I disconnect USB cable and the "Important" notice disappears > Continue > And than it says
"Device Not Found on Network
The wireless network settings were successfully downloaded to your device. However, your Mac was unable to locate the device onthe network.
Please make sure that:
- Your Mac is connected to a wired or wireless network that has access to your device. (Yes, I am)
- Your device is connected to the wireless network "2WIRE051". (Yes, I am)
Click "Retry" to attempt to connect again using the current settings. Click "Go Back" to enter different settings."
I click Retry and and the "Device Not Found on Network" box comes up again.
Please help! I've been trying to get this to work for 4+ hours! I'll give you kudos!!!

OK, I suspect your 2wire router may be the problem, here.
Cycle power on the router and try again.
If that does not work, let me know about the router setup. If it is using WEP are you willing to change it to something secure (WEP can be broken in about 10 minutes)?

I am trying to set up the wireless on my new HP Envy 100 with my Mac OS X 10.7 Lion and get this message repeatedly:
The device could not access the wireless network "INFINITUM0cc1". Please make sure your Wireless Access point is working correctly and is in range of your device, or choose another network.
All is working correctly and I am within the range of the modem and I have been working for hours trying to get this to connect.
Could it be that HP and INFINITUM are not compatible? If they are, what other things should I consider. I am hooked up with a USB port and I even have plugged into ethernet and nothing...

I am having the same problem with an INFINITUM service and modem. Very frustrating. Could it be that HP is not compatible with INFINITUM?

If INFINITUM is a router supplied by your ISP, it is likely the culprit. Most ISP-supplied routers are not very good and often have non-standard networking protocols.
Try to restart the router by pulling its power plug just before trying to install the printer.
