I have user that has a Mac book pro with Lion. I have installed the latest HP printer software and when I get to the point of installing to the Print Queue it indicates an error that the connection was refused. I did not have any issues when installing to my mac pro(Lion)and window to the same printer. Is there setting I need to change on the users mac pro? or do I have another going on in the back ground I need to try to troubleshoot? Help Anyone Thanks

Please provide the following information to better narrow down the problem:
(Assuming this is a wireless connection, correct me if I am wrong)
Security type (WEP, WPA, WPA2 // AES, TKIP) ?
Router Make and Model?
Installed from cd, hp.com download, or Apple Update?
When clicking the "+" in Print & Scan, does the printer show up in the list?
Is the printer already connected to the network (either by USB Setup of Wireless, or Front Panel Setup of Wireless)?
