My All in One prints from ipad but not my computer. there are no updates past 10.6.

No info on either site.

Also, how do you scan multiple pages into one document? (I am able to scan one document at a time). Will the full-feature software fix this?

I bought an Ipad 2 last August and it worked with my C310A printer right out of the box.  After an IPad 2 OS upgrade, at an Apple Store, it stopped working.  The Ipad can see the printer however when a document is sent to the printer it simply fails to print.  I've tried pulling up the printer using the IP address and it works fine but just won't print.  Next I tried to update the printer OS through the printer but it, the printer, continues to show a server error message. 

Any help is appreciated.

Same problem!  When the printer goes to sleep, I cannot wake it up with any of my apple products.  The first few months I owned it, the printer worked great!  iphone 3gs, macbook both connected...then overnight it just stopped, both devices wouldn't wake the printer.  I had to physically turn the printer off then on again and then everything would print.  It's obviously not a problem with my devices or router because the printer prints when it's not asleep! I have been trying to give HP the benefit of the doubt for at least 7 months now.  This is very disappointing.  I'm glad there are other people experiencing the same problem because HP will have to answer to this.  I too was given the, "use a usb cable" advice and that's just unacceptable.  I would have saved a lot of money buying a printer that did not have the wireless feature if had known I'd been buying a wireless printer that did not print wirelessly!!  This is just ridiculous and shameful that HP has not helped us.  I have spoken with 4 case managers so far...I'm waiting on a final answer from one and I will keep everyone posted of my progress.  My father is having the exact same issue with this printer and he uses a Macbook Pro with OS X as well.  I told HP I'd be happy if they just released the software that fixes the issue, or replaced it with a similar model that works.  They could not offer that even though the product is still under warranty!  They offered to extend the warranty an extra year...what?!?  Honestly, what are they trying to pull here?

Hi. I purchased an HP Prem 310 and have had a lot of trouble with the wireless side of things. I have looked in the forums and done heaps of stuff to no avail.

Ok, am using Mac 10.7, I have the latest driver and installed that, emptied my print queue (right click etc), restarted the machine and installed the printer through system prefs. It works for one print and then stops working. I get the message that my printer is not connected. Same problem as before.

I printed out the Wireless Network Test Report and everything seems ok.

If I look in finder I can see the printer and connect to the memory card, so it seems it is on the network.

Can anyone help me with further trouble shooting?

It won't even let me uninstall HP. The message says "You can't open the application HP Uninstaller because PowerPC applications are no longer supported". Can I install a new driver without uninstalling the old?
