Photosmart 3210 All-in-one
iMac 5.1 OSX 10.6.8
HP software: HP_Installer_Photosmart_Full_Group12_10.3.dmg
I press FILM button, then in printer window I select "scan to computer" which produces a message in the printer saying "No scan options". When I open Hp Scan on my computer screen, then select "Slides" and then select "Scan", the result is also a single image with the four slides.
What do I have to do to get four separate images?

Hello,
Thanks for the post. I've included a couple of great links below with some information regarding scanning 35mm slides on your HP 3210. Good Luck!

1). The scanning is now working, although the printer screen still shows "no scan options".
2). Also: How do I cancel the emails to my computer that show each problem entered in the HP Forums (that we're in now). I'm getting about 10 emails every day for a variety of printer models and problems, and I can't stop them. I signed up for the emails, but I can't stop them.

Hello again Macintod,
Glad to hear that you are scanning! Thats good news. OK, on the email notifications, no problem. Log into the forum as normal, click on your "handle", that should take you to "about macintod", from there on the right side of the page is a heading called "more resources", from there choose "my subscriptions". Now within the "my subscriptions" page, you can view all of the posts/replies that you've subscribed to. Look for a heading called "options/bookmarks/eMail subscriptions", choose "options" and here you can choose to un-subscribe to the email notifications. Hope this helps..........
Take care,
Stix4

I followed the instructions to eliminate the emails. Unfortunately, they keep coming. Is there another source of these emails that must be addressed?

Hello again Macintod,
Well, there is another way. I've included a link below with a great little video that will help you take care of those. (You may have to log into the HP Forums first) Good Luck!

The instructions and video did not work. I found and clicked on 'Unsubscribe' in Topic Options in one of my messages, without success. I also located Topic Options on one of the problem emails from 1 hour ago, but it had only 'Subscribe'.
Help! I've gotten hundreds of these unwanted emails in the last months.
