You don't.  Printing from an iPad (or any iOS device) is driver-less.

 

I don't believe your printer is AirPrint capable, so your only choices are to:

 

1. get a printer that is AirPrint capable:

2. Download a printing app like HP's ePrint Home and Biz that will allow you to print some stuff.
