Go to Apple menu (upper left of your screen) > System Preferences > Print & Scan. Click on your printer, then click on Options and Supplies, then on the Driver tab. Make sure the "Duplexer" option is checked. Click OK. Close System Preferences.
Now, when you print, use File > Print or Command-P. On the resulting window, click the "Show Details" button along the bottom. On the lowest of the pull-downs, choose Layout, then your two-sided option you want.
