I have a HP Photosmart C309a and a Mac computer. The ink levels have started to read right. I can put a new cartridge in the morning and in the evening the level says i am half or completely out after not even using the printer. Is there some kind of a sensor that can be replaced or what could the problem be?

Hello,
Thanks for the post. Remember, ink levels are estimates, however, I would think a new cartridge with no printing would show more than half. I've included a link below that addresses some of the ink level questions. Good Luck!
I work for HP but my posts and replies are my own....Thank you!
