just installed hp laser jet professional 1102 software, but my mac is not reading it. cannot access it

Please clarify some details so it will be easier to assist you:

 

  1. What Mac OS version?
  2. How the printer connected to your Mac?
  3. Did you installed using the original CD or downloaded the software from the web?
