I'm currently running OSX/10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) on my iMAC computer.
After installing software for the HP Officejet 6500 on the same iMac computer which already had software installed for the HP Officejet Pro L7680 All-in-One, I kept getting messages about "incompatible software" whenever I tried to launch HP Utility.
At that time, I resolved the 'incompatibility' by uninstalling all HP software and re-installing software only for the specific printer that I was using at the time.
Can you tell me:
1. Is it possible to install both the HP 6500 and the HP L7680 at the same time?
2. If so, how can I avoid getting the "incompatible software" message in HP Utility.
Thanks!!!

To use both, you will want to install the software for the 6500 (newer product and software) and only the drivers for the L7680 (best done by installing using Apple Software Update).
Hope this helps
