I have a photosmart c4599. I am running a Macbook and an IMac on Lion. An OTA update came through this week for the driver software from HP and since then, neither machine is able to print. I have tried reinstalling using Bonjour, checked IP addresses etc. The add printer dialogue is discovering the printer and installing it. The device settings are displaying correctly, however documents are being stuck on the print cue a 0%. The printer device page accessed through its IP address is reading as 'Processing Document". The scanner is also not responding.
Does anyone have any ideas please?

Please try unplugging the router for 30 seconds, then reboot the printer, wait for 2-3 minutes and try printing.
Is there any change?
