Load error paper feed 2320nf

I want to copy and scan books and brochures. The won't go through the paper-feeder but the printer does not seem te accept media on the flatbed. I get a feed loader error when I try to copy or scan from the flatbed.

Please help.. I use a Mac 10.7 but that is not relevant here..

Hey there. Happy almost Friday Have you tried to power cycle the printer? Try unplugging the printer from the computer and the wall outlet. Allow it to fully power down and then power on the printer then connect it to the computer.

Let me know if this solves the issue!

I just did, uplugged all cables and pressed the power button several times to make sure all power was gone.

Issue not solved (didn't expect it). The 2320 is still trying to get a document from the document feeder and it still doesn't take a paper from the document feeder.
