Unable to get the primary print options available when printing to this printer. Primarily I want to double side print and "draft" print. From a Windows box, I'm able to print double sided and print using several different print "qualities", the primary one of which is draft in which it prints faster and uses far less ink.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled the v9.7 driver from this page a couple of times and still Ionly list on the driver page:
HP Two-sided Printing Accessory (Duplexer)
Optional Paper Input Tray
While these are checked, I'm unable to actually print 2 sided. Nor am I ever presented with different quality options. The driver name is:
HP Officejet Pro L7300 series
Note that I could also select the:
HP All-in-One 5.3.1
driver. However, this last driver shows no options.
Am I OOL on for printing "reasonably" from this Mac?

While I am fairly new to MAC, may be I can help. To access the options of duplex printing and draft qulaity you need to set it up from within the program itself (for ex. I am using Apple's Pages program).
The drop down box to the right of hte printer name allows you to access more options. Midway down the options panel click on "layout." From there you can choose duplex, qulaity and a number of other options.
Once you change them, you can save it as a preset.
I've noticed that from within Firefox I don not get all the options such as duplex printing. However, once I save those options from with Pages and save it as a preset . . . I can select my preset from within Firefox. Et Voila! it prints as I wished eventhough such options were not available in Firefox.
Hope this helps.
BTW, I have installed the latest HP software HP_Installer_OJ7300_v9.7.dmg

Thank you very much for your help! I just didn't see the extra drop down arrow on the "print this page" panel. I think I relied too much on the settings panel trying to see the various available settings.
Just to ensure I did it your way, I went to Pages and configured my printers, saving a preset. Now my laser printer prints on both sides as does my ink jet printer, plus the inkjet also has quality settings, which allows me to print with much less ink.
Again, thanks for solving my issues; this problem is closed.

Thank you so much cyber3d. You solved the question I had about my officejet 6110 all in one with firefox on my new imac. Don't know why I didn't think of the drop down menu myself.
Have a good day!
