   More information would be helpful to try and help you.  What version of Mac OS X are you using?  Have you used the printer under any previous version of OS X?  How long have you not been getting black?  Have you tried printing an internal test page to see if black works that way?  The procedure to do that is found on this HP web page.  

 

   Try the internal test page and let us know what happens.  Anyone else have any thoughts? - Randy

If you find out let me know I put new ink in all of them nothing I heard that you have to use orginal hp ink and you can't have any used one;s . any hwlp would be appreciated. I spent a fortune in ink.
