That is odd.  You are missing quite a bit of stuff.  Let's just clear stuff out and start from scratch. 

 

  1. Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard/HP Uninstaller and run it.
  2. Go to Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility and highlight your harddrive on the left side and click on  Repair Disk Permissions
  3. Reboot your MacBook
  4. Go to hp.com and download the latest software for your Printer and run it. 
  5. Let it go through the both the installation process and the setup assistant.
  6. Try the print job again.
