My mac prints excel and hotmail in red only on my HP 6500 all in one

I have a Mac and a HP All in one 6500 wireless.  When I print from Excel or Hotmail it prints only in red.  If I print to a pdf and then print the pdf it will print in black.

Please let me know the Mac OS Version you are using

Printer product number

And how the printer is connected to Mac ?
