Officejet 4200 won't install on my Mac OSX 10.4.11

Just bought Officejet 4620. Softwear won't install. I have Mac OSX 10.4.11. Says need 10.5-10.7. What do I do?

Upgrade to at least 10.5.   Tell me about your Mac.  Go to Apple menu > About this Mac > More Info.  What is the Model Identifier?

1 Ghz PowerPC G4 

1.5 GB SDRAM

 

Can't upgrade to 10.5 not supported for PowerPC G4

Sure you can.  I have a G4 with exactly your processor and RAM running 10.5, no problems.
