Officejet 6500 W.709n - Word/Mac/1page 50 copies It print only the first copy,the others are blank!

Goodmorning to everybody, i've this condition and configuration :
MACBook Pro
WORD 2008 for MAC ver 12.0
FILE : One page 148x148mm with three rows in black to print on a flyer of 148x148mm dimension
PRINTER HP OFFICEJET 6500 WIRELESS E709n
PROBLEM : When i try to print setting a lot of copies (usually i do 50 or 100, but the problem happen starting from two or more), the printer print only the first copy! All the other pass inside the printer but doesn't print anything, they're blank.
If i press 100 times print from word menu, it prints correctly 100 flyer, but the problem is that i usually need to do it with 5000 or more..

Thanks for the post.  A couple of items jump out here.  If you are printing this type of volume, you may be close to exceeding the monthly duty cycle this printer is designed for, we do have products that may better suit your type of printing volumes.    I've attached a couple of  links below that may help with your issue.  Good Luck!

Hello, thanks for the response, i will check.

But this printer is a mess, i payed for it 180€! Now the problem is that it never load the paper, both the flyer of the post before, and even the normal sheet A4.

The message "Carta esaurita" -> "Paper Finished" come out even if the drawer feeder is always correctly full.

It's the worts printer i've had, it's stopping my work, what can i do ?

Please help me! The call-center is always a waiting-line with no response!
