Paper Size Error—OfficeJet Pro 8000 A809—Mac

Printer—HP Office Jet Pro 8000 Wireless A809

Printer Driver—Version 3.1.3.

Machine & OpSys—Mac, OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard

Problem—Print window “Presets” –Plain paper, Fast draft. When trying to print to any other type of paper, say—HP Photo or HP Brochure Glossy, and select paper type in “Paper Type/Quality” dropdown window receive error—“Paper Size Error: The paper size selected in the printer driver software does not match the paper size in the printer IN tray”

Q1—How to correct this problem?

Q2—How to reset print job dialogue window and printer to eliminate error statement?
