HP OfficeJet8500 AIO frequently tears back edge of paper.  Also frequently pulls partially printed sheet part way back into the printer.  After it does this, the printer says (on the printer and in a message on the computer) that the printer is out of paper.  It is never out of paper on these occasions.  Help!  I hear this is a common problem with the 8500 and might be caused by broken plastic gears.
