Hi,

 

I'm on a macbook with OSX 10.5.8 together with a Photosmart 6510.

Installation went without troubles, but when printing the right side of the documents are being cut off despite the margins being the same on every side.

On pdf it looks as it should, it just doesn't print like it should - i'm missing the right +/- 1 cm of the document.

 

PS

Also I would like to print the file aligned in the middle, that - however - may be a Mac Preview issue. Ideas are welcome nonetheless...

Hello,

Thanks for the post.  With this one, I've included a t-shooting document that covers some of the setup steps for printing.  I might suggest walking though this one and make sure the settings are correct.  Good Luck!

I already tried all of those things, but i found out that itmis the duplex unit being a bit strange. I noticed that it only cropped the last page printed - so I just added 2 empty pages at the end and it worked out.
