Suddenly my D7260 printer has given up printing color. I printed a photo to see what would happen & it prints in color & is fine. What could possibly cause the document color printing give up? I have an iMac running 10.6.

Are you sure the HP software for your printer was meant for 10.6? Was it labeled as such?

I have been printing both photos & docs with this printer for years. Installed 10.6 last year & still everything worked fine. After I posted this question yesterday I downloaded a  10.6 driver from an Apple llink someone gave to another person who had posted a similar problem (but not the same). I figured I had nothing to lose! I'm happy to report this solved my problem. It's now printing docs as well as photos!

I'm having the same problem with my hp what is the Apple link to download the driver?
