Print Quality

I have a Photosmart Premium C310A and when printing images I am getting feint horizontal lines across the backgroung.  I have cleaned cartridges and checked the diagnostic print but this has not helped.

Are you only experiencing this with printing or do you also see this result with scanning/copying?

Did the diagnostic report show streaks in the image as well?
