Print heads okay, Ink full, diagnostics done. What now?

I've run all levels of print head cleaning. The color blocks have barely any streaks through them.

Yet, when I print (20 different pages now), I've got everything from greyish pink with ilnes (instead

of the actual colors greens and blues) to correct color with lines, to almost nothing on the page at all.

I have an Officejet K850. The file I'm printing is from InDesign, which has a placed graphic from

Illustrator. In that Illustrator file is a photo. So I tried printing from PDF, from Illustrator and from

Photoshop. I got a perfect photo printing out of Photohop. And then never again.

The driver is up to date. I've tried printing drafts, normal and best. And with different papers.

What are my other options? If the print heads need replacing, will the utility tell me that or is the

utility not to be believed? It currently has a green light for each print head.

Thanks,

Jane

I'm not familiar with InDesign, but have you looked to see if you are using the Print Driver Color settings or the color settings from InDesign?  With many applications you have a choice whether to use the Print Driver color settings or the Application's color settings ....
