Mac OS X 10.7.3

 

I cannot seem to print in colour at all. I am trying to print documents from Word but they do not come out in colour.

Hello,

Thanks for the post..  I would like to send you a basic t-shooting link (below) to help you resolve the print/color issue.  If youprint a self test from the printer, does it print in color?  If not this may be as easy as a faulty cartridge or all of the protective shipping tape has not been removed.  Check this document and hopefully that will resolve.  Good Luck!
