DVD printing has always worked ok for me, but the tray for the second DVD did not come fully out even though the DVD printed ok. When I pulled the tray out, a grinding noise was heard. Now when I attempt to print a DVD, the tray goes in as usual then comes out. It can't find the alignement as usual. I mostly use this printer to print on my master DVD's. I'm lost without it.
I'm using "Snow Leopard" 10.6.8 OS. The error message I get is "0x61011be6"
