Since the last software update neither my iMac nor my Macbook Pro can communicate wirelessly with the C410.

What router?
Download and install this: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL907
Reset the printing system:
- Go to System Preferences > Print & Scan
- Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
WARNING - this will delete ALL of your printers!
- Select the plus sign to re-add a printer. Select the Defualt tab on the top of the window. Look for the printer, select it and wait until the "Add" button becomes available. Click it.

Hi,
Thank you for the quick reply!
I have already done all that (as explained in my original post). It did not solve the problem...
However, I shall retry and keep my fingers crossed. I have other printers on my network so a printer reset can be a hassle.

Hi,
I went through the whole process again - this time re-booting at each stage - no luck!
I then re-booted the router (SFR Neufbox) and bingo it all works.
So I.m not sure exactly what was the fix - possibly the router re-boot.
Anyway, thanks for your help.![]()
