Snow Leopard automatically installed a new driver for my HP 7410 All-In-One printer.
This new driver has an annoying bug. Anytime you select the two-sided print option the printer will ALWAYS try to print on both sides... even if the document sent is only one page. Thus when you try to print a one page document it will print the first page... then wait to dry... then retract and feed out upside down. This is annoying as it takes longer to print single pages if you have two-sided printing on by default. The older driver did not act this way... if it was one page it printed front side and ejected paper.
Is this known by HP?
Will this be fixed in an update?
Thanks,
Bruce Esposito
