I've selected "US Letter with 2-sided margins" in the paper-handling section of the print dialog box when using MS Word 2008 (Mac).  But there doesn't seem to be a control that enables/allows me to select 2-sided printing.

Great! Now go back to the pull-down menu where the Paper Handling is, and select "Two-sided Printing". Click the box next to "Print Both Sides" and select the orientation that you want.
