color laserjet 2600n ---downloaded new drivers but the old ones still appear. help!

I've reset the printing system...deleted the HP folder, restarted, etc.


It keeps showing 1.3.0.261   the new driver is 1.3.1.261

 

And the printing problem is still there.  I know I need the new driver, I just can't get it to find it.  

 

Please help!  I'm about to go nutty on this.

The product you have seems to be a commercial printer. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support!
