What version of OS X? What router?

OK, great, thanks. I assume that the printer is connected wirelessly, not to the USB port of the Airport?
Print a Wireless Network Test from the Wireless menu on the front of the printer. Does the printer indicate it is connected wirelessly?

Yes, the Test Results show the printer is on my network.

OK, great...and there is no USB cable connected to the Airport, right?
Download and install this: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL907
Reset the printing system:
- Go to System Preferences > Print & Scan
- Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
WARNING - this will delete ALL of your printers!
- Select the plus sign to re-add a printer. Select the Defualt tab on the top of the window. Look for the printer, select it and wait until the "Add" button becomes available. Click it.

The yellow triangle still appeared when I printed a page after installing the update.

OK, click on the triangle - it is probably a low ink warning.
Alternatively, go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Print & Scan. click the printer and choose Options and Supplies.

Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Print & Scan. Double click the printer. On the resulting window, is there an error indicated?
