My iPad uses a hot spot from my I phone but can't get printer to work help !!!

If your printer is in wireless Network ,please click on the below web link and do the product update, if you get any error message "Web Service is not enabled" -- please select Enable it -- and it will do the product update

Once done with the product update -- plesae turn OFF and ON the Ipad and try to print from iPad

printing from iphone, please check for iApps application installed in iPhone

This will not work for you. I actually just did some testing of my own with the 5510 and a couple of iphones. When connecting the printer to the hotspot from my iphone 4s, the iphone does in fact see the printer and print via airprint and the eprint home and biz app. It was even able to scan this way. However the other iphone, which is a 3gs, would not see the printer at all going through the iphone 4s hotspot.

It seems as through the device running thehotspot has full access, but other devices that connect to it do not. So you could print from the iphone, but not from the ipad in your case.

I request you to turn OFF bluetooth and Make sure that the iPhone is above 4.2 version
