mac to wireless modem to 8500 MF

Having issues with my printing of mulitple copies from Mac to HP8500MF MF asks to shut down.

does not occur from hardwired Dell to printer.

Hi jbarrios,

 

Can you confirm the model of printer you are using?

 

Is this an officejet or laserjet that you are using? (Both have 8500 versions)

Hello,

Thanks for the post.  I've included a link with some things to look for in general.  What happens when you send  mult. pages to the printer?  Error message?  Can you print/copy mult. pages?  How about through the ADF?
