photosmart 6510 won't print error message it's offline

I have a Mac OSX version 107.3  Also can't print from other devices to this printer.

Hi,

Please clarify which other devices you can't print from.

 

Is it connected through the network or with USB?

 

For network connection, it might also help to know your router brand and model.

I still can't get back "online"  then I'll deal with the other problem

So regarding the first problem only, could you please clarify the details as listed above?

It will not be possible to assist you without knowing the basic details.
