My Officejet 6500A Plus is only printing in Draft form, though it is set up to print Normal both on the touchscreen and on the online HP utility.  Help!

From what version of OS X are you printing?  Have you changed the settings in the print dialog (after you do a File > Print or Command-P)?

Version 10.6.8.  I did notice i needed to change the setting in the drop down print menu.  Hopefully that won't be required to do for every print job.  Thanks for reminding me!

In 10.6, the "Presets" settings are 'sticky'.  Once you choose one it will print using that until you change it.

Thanks for the info.  I never chose the draft print so i'm not sure how it landed on it but at least i can correct it.
