psc 2500

I cannot get my PSC 2500 to print .pdf files from either my XP or Vista PC's. Any suggestions would be helpful!!

As this forum is dealing with Macintosh envoirnment only, i believe you may get better ideas by posting at the Other Printing Forum, as the users are more famillier with Windows envoirnment.

 

Try printing from the PDF Software by clicking File > Print.

Click the Advanced button at the bottom and make sure the Print as Image option is checked.

 

Now perform the print and check if you may see any difference.
