why won't my c4780 print color?

I have a brand new color cartridge, just set up my printer and it only prints and copies in black and white.

Hello,

Thanks for the post.  WIth this one, ensure that you have removed all of the packaging from the color cartridge prior to installation.  I've included a quick little video link below that may assist with this.  The second link below has some great information on t-shooting a cartridge related issue.  It may also just boil down to a faulty color cartridge.  If that is the case, they are covered under warranty.  Good Luck!
