Why can't HP test its on-line purchace checkout?
Guess HP doesn't want my company's sales. We needed a change anyway.
Took forever to get the items into the cart.
Now starting Checkout - step 2 of checkout gets a web page error!
Went back to the beginning, logged in add to cart, try to check out - many times!
No support, no chat, ... Who cares how things look, if it doen't function.
Had to come in Sunday to order this. I have looked for HP support
HP support can look for my orders.
