Please see if this driver works.
If not, then try this one.

Thank you Paul,
I installed the first file and it worked! The problem now is that the sound icon in the lower right tells me: "The audio service is not active." If I click itand go to "playback devices", I get this advertisement: "The windows audio serviceis not enabled." If I click on "enable service", I get an icon that displays the audio devices installed (in my case even though there is not one).
I hope you can help me again
P.s.I also tried to install the second file but it gives me error

You're very welcome.
I don't know what would be causing those errors.
You may want to see if Windows Update has an audio driver that will work better than the one for Vista.
You can try updating the driver from the audio device in the device manager. Click on the driver tab. Click on update driver and select the automatic search method.
You will need to be connected to the internet for this method to work.
If that doesn't fix it, try uninstalling the audio device from the device manager, and rebooting the PC.

I wish I could, but I don't have any idea why the audio isn't working correctly.
Since you are not too far along, I would reinstall Windows 7.
Then install drivers in this order:
Chipset: Install and reboot.
Video: Install and reboot.
Audio: Install and reboot.
