I have a HP 2540 printer. I'am running it on Windows 10. It works fine on everything, except it won't print my Microsoft Word documents. It did in the past. I looked on YouTube. I did every thing they said , Nothing worked. Please help ! DeerBear.

I understand you have issues printing on word documents.
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Are you able to print using a different application?
Try the steps recommended below.

Thanks for the fast paced reply. I did what you said ,and the Selected Print Grayscale Was on. So I turned it off, However my HP2540 still won't print. I tried printing a Word document to a PDF first and that wouldn't even print ,It prints every thing else, photos, my download files, from the my browsers,,I even reinstalled MICROSOFT WORD 2010 Student and Home. It worked fine last week.
