My HP Noteboot is not getting any sound since a few months, I just leaved the notebook there but now I want to fix it, I cant even change the volume it just appears the volume icon like muted and when I click it, it says "DIdnt find any audio device or somethin" and it starts to try fix it but it doenst fix it. Any help plz and sorry for my bad english

We need you notebook MODEL. You tried to install the drivers from the support page? if not please do.

Sorry, no uso Skype. Te decía que necesito el modelo de tú computadora para ayudarte. También el sistema operativo.

Ya descargaste los drivers de la página de soporte de hp? Si no entonces busca hp soporte controladores y lee la instrucciones de como encontrar tú modelo. Te ofrecerá una lista de controladores, encuentra el de audio/sonido y descargarlo.

 

Otra posible solución es click derecho en el icono de bocina en la barra de tareas y seleccionar 'solucionar problemas de audio'.

Gracias por responder, igualmente ya lo solucioné ^^ Simplemente actualicé la BIOS y ya por arte de magia funcionó.. Creo que habia una descompatibilidad con Windows 10 y el sonido 😕
