ProBook 450 G3
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi there,

We've just bought 20 ProBook G3 for my company. They all came with Windows 10 on them. But we use Windows 7 Pro 64 bit in the company. So we installed Win 7. But now the audio device is missing. Even though I've tried all updates and drivers for the device, it doesnt recognize.

Things I've tried,

Updating chipset driver,

Applying all updates for Windows,

Connecting to conexant site and downloading latest driver,

Connecting to Hp support site and downloading the latest sound driver.

What am I missing? Which driver is the right one for our notebooks? In the device manager the missing driver is seem to be the multimedia audio driver. And the sound icon on the right bottom of the task bar is with a red cross on it.

Any help would be useful.
