Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Buonasera,

Per alcuni problemi dovuti ad un programma sono stata 'costretta' a reinstallare windows 10. Il computer è stato comprato con la stessa versione di windows che ho successivamente reinstallato sopra. Prima della reinstallazione l'audio HDMI non aveva nessun problema mentre ora, al contrario del video che funziona correttamente, l'audio si sente direttamente dal laptop anche se collegato con cavo HDMI al televisore.

Ho provato ad abilitare l'uscita HDMI da 'dispositivi di riproduzione' ma appare come se il cavo non fosse attaccato.

Ho anche provato a ripristinare i driver audio e successivamente a scaricare dal sito HP gli aggiornamenti ma non cambia assolutamente nulla.

Potete aiutarmi? Il computer è praticamente nuovo e vorrei riuscire a risolvere questo problema senza dover ricorrere a mille cavi per collegare anche una cassa portatile con l'aux perchè solo l'HDMI non basta.
