Hi guys! I have just upgraded my HP Pavilion dv6-3034ca to Windows 8 and I've managed to get all drivers installed. Lately, however, I've noticied a little bug in the Windows 7 version of IDT audio drivers that I got from HP's support site for my laptop. I was forced to use the Windows 7 driver because HP has yet to update the drivers for this particular model. The issue is that after waking computer from sleep, the sound coming from the card sounds "tinny" and very little bass comes out. The workaround for this that I have found to work is by going into the Sound Options and toggling Bass Boost on and then back to off. This fixes the sound temporarily. I was wondering if anyone has the latest IDT audio drivers for Windows 8, hoping it would fix this issue. Here's the hardware ID for my audio device:
Thanks in advance!

id number of what bro? audio hardware id? key windows + r then type devmgmt.msc and search in Sound, Video and Game Controllers somethink like High Definition Audio Device or IDT High Definition Audio CODEC you should have some of those. Then just right clic on the one you have -> Properties -> Tab Details in Property select hardware ids and copy the value you need (The first one)
