No-I did not mean reinstall Windows. You can use Recovery Manager to install just drivers/software too.

When asking for help it is always good practice to give as much detail as possible. For instance is this a new laptop & the sound has never worked. Or was the sound working previously but now is not. What is the Product or Model number of the laptop? How To Find Model/Product Number

It is
HP Pavilion 17-g161us 17.3" HD BrightView Intel® Core™ i3-5020U 1TB ,6GB Windows 10 Home Notebook
It had sound before.
and it couldn't play video neither, before it could.
Please help me!

Have you updated your audio driver and Intel chipset from your support page?

You could try a Roll back driver in Device Manager. Under Audio-Right click the Realtek, choose Properties then go to Driver tab. You should see Roll back driver.

Go into Control Panel, Programs & Features. Uninstall Realtek Audio. Restart and reinstall the original driver using Recovery Manager.
