Hello,

In order to identify the issue accurately, I would request you to perform following troubleshooting steps:

a. I would request you to unplug the adapter and also unplug if any peripherals is connected.

b.Remove the battery from the unit.

c.Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds and let go, then connect only the adapter without the battery and try switching on.

d.I would also request you to try swapping with known good battery, in order to be specific on the issue that whether it is battery or system board.

e. I would also request you to try swapping with known adapter and check whether it is powering on.

If the issue still persists there a problem with system board.

If you encounter this issue your battery has become discharged. To resolve, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. The power button will remain illuminated for a couple of seconds after released and go dark. attach the computer to a power source and allow it to charge for a few minuets before attempting to power it on.
