Hi,

 

Couple of things to check.

 

1.  Make sure you have entered an incorrect code 3 times and received a halt code - is that what you posted?

 

2.  For both codes I posted, the 3rd character is a lower case L

 

If it still doesn't work, post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of the machine.
