My laptop wont turn on. Came home from work two days ago and tried turning it on but to no avail. I read through posts of doing the hard test but have not been successful. I hear no sounds on my laptop whatsoever. Can someone please help me figure out what I need to do to get my laptop running. Thanks

Thanks. .No lights come on even after plugging into the laptop. I have never seen a light on the AC adapter even when it was working. Where would the light on the adapter be?? Please help I feel empty without my laptop

If the hard reset does not do anything and absolutely nothing happens when you press the power button with AC adapter inserted there is some chance it is a dead AC adapter. Do any lights come on when you plug it into the laptop? Is there a light on the AC adapter?
