BootDevice Not Found message. It says
"Please install an operating system in your hard disk."
Hard Disk - (3F0)
If you could tell me what I need to do to restore my Windows 10 64-bit, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi,
As you have previously upgraded to Windows 10 a hardware profile ( Digital Entitlement ) will have been recorded by the activation servers which means you can just be to perform a clean installation of 10.
As long as the previous installation of Windows 10 had activated Ok after the original upgrade, you can just create your own installation media ( choose the correct edition - ie Home, Pro etc ) and perform a clean installation as detailed in the guide on the following link. Note: At the activation screen, select 'I don't have a Product key' - Windows will activate automatically once the installation has completed.
